Brands?

What do you do when a journalist calls to interview you, sends you questions but doesn't call when he says he will?

I guess the thing is to deploy the four agreements: or particularly number three and two: a) don't take take things personally and b) don't make assumptions.

The questions are about brands. I think in the coming days I may wax lyrical about brands in the 21st century.

I'll start tomorrow.
